Order tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking status updates to appear.

Customs, duties and taxes

You pay nothing extra when your parcel arrives. All customs fees, import duties and taxes are covered by CozyNozy. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee for your CozyNozy order, contact us and we will refund it in full.
