Orders & Shipping
We currently ship across Europe.
Orders arrive in 7–14 days. Every order is tracked, and we email you the tracking link as soon as it ships.
Shipping is free on every order, and there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives — no customs fees, import duties or taxes. We cover all of it.
You can track your order anytime using the Track Order page, or through the tracking link we send to your email.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your item within 15 days of receiving it — a day longer than the 14 days EU consumer law requires. To start a return, just email us and we'll guide you through it.
